400 Lonely Things I've revisited this EP several times tonight and I'm just all aflutter at its beauty and organic electronic flow. Gorgeous and unique - towering yet humble - this is music that flourishes in the background but still stands up stoically under the microscope of deep listening. Thoughtful, artful, but earnest electronic listening music that deserves a wider audience.

Mike Buchanan I just bought this and am only 2 songs in so maybe a bit early to write a review, but I'm loving the mix of dizzy atmospherics and rhythmic complexity. Favorite track: Films Are Phantoms.

about

Sweguno's first body of released work to coincide with his North American tour as an opening act for British Shoegaze/Electronica pioneers Seefeel in November of 2019.
Four tracks of emotive, percussive, and varied electronic listening/dancing music inspired by the pioneering luminaries of 1990s Techno & IDM. We hope you'll enjoy!

Sweguno is Dan Ainslie, a Canadian currently residing in Northern California. With his music Dan often uses loops of his own voice in lieu of a lead synth, an element originally borne out of necessity (having no hardware other than a Zoom H2 field recorder initially) now having become a stylistic hallmark of his work.
